chance conversation with a school administrator made
us realise that there was very little in the way of educational training
available to support their work. Administrators bring a whole range of
skills to their work place that are key to their being able to fulfill
there job description. What was missing was the information related to
education.
At this point, and in collaboration with several school administrators, we worked out the areas that needed to be covered and then wrote the course to provide them. We wanted the course to be as accessible as possible and so we created two different formats. There is a distance learning approach and an online approach. Both can lead to the same accreditation, the Certificate of Educational Studies (COES) |
