Leadership
and management are two of the original strands of support offered by
National Inspections. The OFSTED inspectors who work with us have looked
at every aspect of the leadership and management of schools. The
inspection system provided us with the opportunity to observe and
analyse and led us to create several lines of support.
We found limited support for leadership development and so we wrote courses to provide it. Similarly, there seemed little practical support for middle managers and so, again, we wrote a face-to-face training seminar to provide it. Having a member of our team visit to provide unbiased support on the issues that most concern you is the key to our consultancy work. |
