| Teaching
skills are a key part of the work of a
doctor and there is an expectation that you will teach others. This course will
provide you with some of the skills you need to be an effective teacher.
The course covers key aspects of teaching and learning. We will explore ways to develop a learning environment, key aspects of planning and assessment together with methods of delivery and providing feedback. The course will be delivered by an experienced, education professional who will have taught adults and worked as a school inspector. Based on the recognition of good practice and using ideas that are known to work, your tutor will show you how to teach adults effectively. |
