This is a set of fifteen modules for Midday Supervisors. Each module can be completed in one lunchtime session whilst doing the job. There is an option to keep notes on each as well and, for those that do, we will swap their notes for a certificate of completion.

The concept is to get all the Midday Supervisors to adopt the same style and approach and to follow systems recognised and used in your school. The modules will challenge the individual to examine how they do something and what effect it has on the children.

The order that modules are taken does not matter. Each stands in its open right and each is complete in itself. This has been done to enable a school to choose either to focus on a particular aspect or to provide overall training.

Where a group of supervisors take the modules together there is an added benefit to providing an opportunity to share what they find.
